There is no definitive answer to this question as the outlook for Celsius is highly uncertain. While there is some evidence that global temperatures are trending upwards, there is also growing evidence that they are trending downwards. Additionally, the Paris Agreement which was signed in 2015 and aimed to keep global temperatures Rise to 1.5 degrees Celsius may not be enough to achieve this goal. It is possible that temperatures will rise even higher as more and more countries sign up to the Agreement, but it is also possible that they will not stay below 1.5 degrees Celsius. Ultimately, it is difficult to say how much more temperature increase we can tolerate before we experience significant ecological and economic problems.

There is no clear consensus on whether or not Celsius is going to break the 2 degrees Celsius target. Some experts believe that it is more likely that Celsius will not meet the target, while others feel that it is more likely that it will. There are a variety of reasons why one might feel one way or the other about whether Celsius is going to break the 2 degrees Celsius target. Some experts believe that the cost of emissions trading schemes, climate change denial, and other factors are conspiring to keep temperatures high and prevent Celsius from reaching 2 degrees Celsius. Others believe that the chances of Celsius reaching 2 degrees Celsius are high, but the costs of mitigation are high. There is no clear answer, but many experts believe that the world is on the cusp of a major climate change event.
